Day 1: Arrive in Lake Mburo National Park
The state of Uganda safari with a heavy breakfast and pick by your safari guide and transfer to Lake Mburo National Park. Upon entry, you will go for an evening game drive in the Lake Mburo National Park where you will be able seeing animals such as; the impalas, zebras, wild oxen, topis, elands, oribis and many other animal species in the park. After this wonderful game drive, you will go to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Mantana Tented Camp / Rwonyo Rest Camp.
Day 2: Boat Trip and transfer to Bwindi Forest
In the morning after breakfast, you will enjoy a boat cruise where you will be rewarded by the view of a variety of water birds, for example, the Papyrus Gonoleks, Brown-faced lapwings, Carruther’s cisticolas, the special White-winged Warbler, and Bare-faced Go-away bird. After all these good activities in Lake Mburo National Park, you will get ready to transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park On your arrival in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, you will unwind at the hotel while getting ready for the next day gorilla trekking adventure. You will have dinner and Overnight at Gorilla Resort / Buhoma Community Bandas (FB).
Day 3: Gorilla Trekking Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After early morning breakfast your lodge, you will then drive to the park headquarters of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for a briefing and direction of the activity. After this, you will be joined by equipped ranger guide in the forest to track for the Mountain Gorillas. You will penetrate through the forest, cutting the undergrowth, separating thick creepers, to track gorillas. The time taken to track the Gorillas is unpredictable since it depends on the movement of the gorillas in a quest for nourishment and shelter. Be that as it may, it can take from 2 to 9 hours. You will have a maximum of one hour with the gorillas and this will allow you to observe, take photos and interact with them. Return again to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Gorilla Resort / Buhoma Community Bandas (FB).
Day 4: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
Have an early morning breakfast at your lodge, hit the road and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and have en-route lunch in Fort Portal town. At your arrival at the park, you may decide to make a community walk or relax at the lodge as you wait for the next day Chimpanzee tracking activity in Nyungwe Forest National Park. You will have your dinner and overnight at Ndali Lodge, Rwenzori View Guesthouse or Kanyankyu Ecological Site (FB).
Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking Kibale Forest
After having early morning breakfast at the lodge, head to the Kibale Forest National Park headquarters for chimps tracking instruction by the ranger guide. Afterward you will enter the park with them in search the Chimpanzees which are Man’s closest Cousins. Kibale Forest home to over 12 species of primates incorporating the Chimpanzees, the red colobus and L’hoests monkeys, Vervet Monkeys, Red Tailed Monkeys, baboons, and many others, the park also host a number of bird species, including the Great Blue Turaco. You will encounter how the chimps feed and interact with one another. After this great activity you will return back to your lodge for lunch and toward the evening set out for the Nature walk in Bigodi swamp. Here nature stroll will reward you with the view of different bird species and also some primates. Bigodi swamp is well known as a bird watchers paradise due to the numerous bird species that can be watched in the swamp. Return back to the Lodge for dinner and overnight stay at your Lodge as on day 4.
Day 6: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
After having early morning breakfast at the lodge, you will drive northwards to Murchison Falls National Park. This charming drive will take through the famous battle zone of the Luweero Triangle; you will have an en-route stopover at Masindi Town and continue with your journey to Murchison Falls, the most excellent falls on the mighty Nile River. You will arrive in Murchison Falls in the evening time for dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge / Sambiya River Lodge and Red Chili Rest Camp (FB).
Day 7: Game Drives and a Boat Cruise
After Early morning breakfast embark on a game drive in the northern sector of the park. The drive will reward you with an opportunity to see, leopards, hyenas, lions, elephants, jackals, buffaloes, Kob and many more. You will return back to the lodge to unwind as you wait for lunch and Boat cruise after lunch. This takes you to the base of the falls. This will provide a chance to view some water-loving animals like the crocodiles, buffalos, hippos and a number of bird species. Return back the lodge for dinner and overnight stay at your lodge as on day 6.
Day 8: Return to Kampala
After having morning breakfast at your lodge transfer back to Kampala, lunch en-route then continue to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight.
